The portfolio includes Benefits (Health & Retirement), Wellness, and Risk Management as well as financial oversight for the city’s Group Health and Risk funds. The position is focused exclusively on designing, administering, evaluating, and continuously improving programs that help employees and their families access high-quality, cost-effective health and welfare benefits and navigate the healthcare system effectively.
